My stay at Raintree Rolla Hotel was far from the relaxing getaway I hoped for. While the room was spacious, I was met with unexpected maintenance issues and a lack of cleanliness. The staff's indifference towards customer service further dampened my experience. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and wouldn't consider returning. 😟

The check-in process took ages, and by the time I got to my room, I was greeted with an unpleasant smell and unclean conditions. The service from the staff felt below standard, with a lack of care for guests' comfort. I think the management seriously needs to rethink their hospitality approach.
